Om muziek af te spelen door te klikken op een afbeelding kan je twee methodes toepassen. Ofwel werk je via het toevoegen van een animatie met gekoppeld geluid ofwel werk je met een actieinstelling.
In beide gevallen is er een groot nadeel namelijk dat enkel geluiden van het type wav zijn toegelaten. Je kan natuurlijk altijd andere geluidstypes omzetten in wav. Hier heb ik daarvoor het gratis editeerprogramma Audacity gebruikt.
When you use bullet lists it often occurs that you want to change the order of the items. You can of course use the cut and paste method but there are other possibilities that make this far more easy.
In the next bullet list I want to move two items, the item 'Future' must be the last item and 'Market research should be the first item.
Dragging with the mouse
Bij een lijst met opsompunten is het dikwijls nodig om de volgorde van de items te veranderen. Dat kan je natuurlijk met knippen en plakken maar er zijn ook andere mogelijkheden die dat veel eenvoudiger maken.
Slepen met de muis
Bij de volgende opsomming zou ik twee items van plaats willen veranderen. Het item 'Toekomst' moet laatst worden geplaatst en het item 'Marktonderzoek' als eerste item.
Klik op het opsomsymbool/cijfer van het item dat je wil verplaatsen. Sleep met de vierrichtingspijl naar de gewenste plaats.
Tijdens het slepen verschijnt een grijze horizontale lijn, laat pas los als je de gewenste plaats bereikt.Bekijk dit in de volgende video:

Unfortunately in PPT there is no sort function. If you want to sort you will have to enlist the help of either Excel or Word.
Sorting PPT table using Word
Create the table in PPT. In the example below, I kept the default style and chose to center the data vertically. All text has the same font size and is aligned to the left in the cell.
Copy the table in PPT.
Launch Word. Before you paste the table, adjust the layout of the Word document. This is not strictly necessary but you will see more of your table if you do. Click the Layout tab, in the Page Setup group, click the Orientation button and select Landscape.
Now click on the Margins button in the same group and choose the narrow option from the offered margins.
Paste the table into Word and choose Keep source formatting. All formatting features that you applied in PPT will be respected.
After that, go back to the Layout tab under Table tools and choose the Sort button, choose the column(s) to sort by and click OK.
Keep in mind that when you work with banded rows, an unbalance can arise with the background of the rows after sorting. Before sorting the example I unchecked Banded rows in PPT using the Table Design tab in the Table Style Options group. Only then did I copy and sort the table.
Select the sorted table and copy it again.
Paste it into Powerpoint and choose the option Keep source formatting.
Most formatting attributes are unchanged such as alignment and row height. Only the font size is not the same. So adjust the table by dragging the handles in the outer corners. Select the table and adjust the font size if necessary. You can also reactivate the banded rows now.
Sorting PPT table using Excel - rows
Create the table in PPT. In the example below, I kept the default style and chose to center the data vertically. All text has the same font size and is aligned to the left in the cell.
Select and paste the table into Excel.
Select the Data tab, and in the Sort & Filter group, click the Sort button.
Next to sort by, choose the column to sort on. Optionally, add levels using the Add Level button. Click OK.
Select and copy the table in Excel and paste it back into PPT using the Keep source formatting option.
Now adjust the table by dragging the handles in the outer corners. Select the table and adjust the font size/alignment and row height if necessary. Reapply the banded rows from the Design tab.
Sorting PPT table using Excel - columns
In the sort dialog box, choose the Options button.
Choose to sort from left to right.
Finally, select which row you want to sort on and click OK.
Helaas in PPT is er geen sorteerfunctie voorzien. Als je dat toch wil doen zal je de hulp van hetzij Excel of Word moeten inroepen.
PPT tabel sorteren via Word
Maak de tabel aan in PPT. In het voorbeeld hieronder heb ik de standaardstijl behouden en er voor gekozen de gegevens verticaal te centreren. Alle tekst heeft dezelfde tekengrootte gekregen en staat links uitgelijnd in de cel.
Kopieer de tabel in PPT.
Start Word op. Vooraleer je de tabel plakt pas je de indeling van het Word document wat aan. Dit is niet strikt noodzakelijk maar het helpt om zoveel mogelijk van de tabel te zien te krijgen. Klik op het tabblad Indeling kies in de groep Pagina-indeling voor de knop Afdrukstand en selecteer Liggend.
Klik nu in dezelfde groep op de knop Marges en kies uit de aangeboden marges de optie smal.
Plak nu de tabel in Word en kies daarbij voor Opmaak van bron gebruiken. Daarbij worden alle opmaakkenmerken die je in PPT hebt toegepast overgenomen.
Ga nu terug naar het tabblad Indeling onder Hulpmiddelen voor tabellen en kies de knop Sorteren in de groep Gegevens, kies de kolom(men) waarop moet gesorteerd worden en klik op OK.
Hou er rekening mee dat wanneer je met gestreepte rijen werkt er na het sorteren een onevenwicht kan ontstaan met de achtergrond van de rijen. Daarvoor heb ik in het voorbeeld de gestreepte rijen uitgezet in PPT via het tabblad Tabelontwerp en de groep Opties voor tabelstijlen en het keuzevakje Gestreepte rijen. Dan pas heb ik de tabel gekopieerd en gesorteerd.
Plak ze in Powerpoint en kies daarbij voor de optie Opmaak van bron gebruiken.
De meeste opmaakkenmerken zijn ongewijzigd zoals uitlijning en rijhoogte. Enkel de tekengrootte is niet gelijk. Pas de tabel nu aan door te slepen met de handgrepen in de buitenhoeken. Selecteer de tabel en pas eventueel de tekengrootte aan. Je kan nu ook via het tabblad Tabelontwerp de gestreepte rijen terug activeren.
PPT tabel sorteren via Excel - rijen
Bij sorteren op kies je de kolom waarop moet gesorteerd worden. Voeg eventueel niveaus toe via de knop Niveau toevoegen. Klik OK.
Pas de tabel nu aan door te slepen met de handgrepen in de buitenhoeken. Selecteer de tabel en pas eventueel de tekengrootte/uitlijning en rijhoogte aan. Plaats de gestreepte rijen terug via het tabblad Tabelontwerp.
PPT tabel sorteren via Excel - Kolommen
Kies je in het sorteerdialoogvenster de knop Opties.
Je kiest voor van links naar rechts sorteren.
Tenslotte kies je naast 'sorteren op' welke rij je wilt gebruiken en je klikt OK.
Je kan een presentatie automatisch laten starten bij het opstarten van je PC. Eerst zorg je voor een gepaste timing en je slaat de presentatie op als een PowerPoint voorstelling (*.ppsx).
Op het tabblad Opnemen, klik je op de knop Opnemen en kies je voor de optie Vanaf het begin.
Vervolgens plaats je de ppsx in de map Opstarten van Windows 10 of 11.
Je kan de map hier vinden:
C:\Users\naam gebruiker\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Menu start\Programma's\OpstartenYou can start a presentation automatically at startup. First, time and save your presentation as a PowerPoint show (*.ppsx).
Click the Record tab, choose the Record button and click on From the beginning. Or go to the Slide Show tab, click Record slide show button and click Record from beginning.
Press the red record button and then click on the right arrow to move to the next animation or slide.
Save the presentation as a slide show.
Then put the ppsx in the Windows 10/11 Startup folder. You can find the folder here:
C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\StartupGo to View - Slide master and click on Insert layout. Now click Insert Placeholder and choose Picture.
Drag the + until you obtain the perfect dimensions and release the mouse button.
This is the result:
Select the placeholder and click the Shapes format tab, in the Insert shapes group choose Edit shape and then Change shape, select the rectangle shape. Nothing will change at first sight but this step is necessary to be able to change the shape of the placeholder. If you do not take this step you will see that the options will stay greyed.
Right-click the border of the placeholder and choose Edit points.
Right-click the border of the placeholder where you want the curve to start. Then choose Add point.
Now click on the point in the bottom left corner of the shape and drag to your right.
Ga naar Beeld - Diamodel en klik op de knop Indeling invoegen. Klik dan op de knop Tijdelijke aanduiding invoegen en kies Afbeelding.
Sleep met de + tot je de juiste verhouding voor je afbeelding hebt en laat de muisknop los. Dit is het resultaat van je werk:
Selecteer de tijdelijke aanduiding met de afbeelding, kies het tabblad Vormindeling, in de groep Vormen invoegen kies je voor Vorm bewerken, kies Vorm wijzigen, selecteer de vorm rechthoek. Op het eerste gezicht zal er niets veranderen maar deze stap is noodzakelijk om de vorm van de tijdelijke aanduiding te kunnen wijzigen.
Klik met je rechtermuisknop op de rand van de tijdelijke aanduiding en kies voor punten bewerken.
Klik nu met je rechtermuisknop op de rand van de tijdelijke aanduiding waar je de afronding wil starten en kies punt toevoegen.
Klik nu op het punt dat in de linkerbenedenhoek staat en sleep naar rechts.
Gebruik de handgrepen om de vorm te perfectioneren tot je een perfecte ronde vorm krijgt.
Is het mogelijk om de vormeffecten te veranderen voor alle afbeeldingen in een presentatie?
Dat hangt af van de wijze waarop de afbeelding is toegevoegd in de presentatie.
Als je een afbeeldingsicoontje hebt gebruikt in een tijdelijke aanduiding dan heb je geluk. Als je dat niet gedaan hebt zal een workaround nodig zijn die helaas heel wat werk vergt.
Opgelet, andere objecten die je in tijdelijke aanduidingen kunt invoegen zoals pictogrammen en video's krijgen ook de vormeffecten, smartart, tabellen en grafieken niet.

Ga naar Beeld - Diamodel en selecteer het diamodel, selecteer vervolgens de tijdelijke aanduiding met tekst. Pas er de gewenste vormeffecten op toe.
Alle wijzigingen die je hebt doorgevoerd in het diamodel zullen nu toegepast worden op de tijdelijke aanduidingen van elke dia-indeling die een afbeelding toelaat
Je kan natuurlijk ook de wijzigingen alleen doorvoeren op de dia-indelingen van je keuze.

Afbeeldingen niet in een tijdelijke aanduiding opgenomen
Pas de nodige vormeffecten toe op een afbeelding uit je presentatie.
Op het lint start in de groep Klembord dubbelklik je op het pictogram Opmaak kopiëren/plakken.
Klik nu iedere afbeelding aan die dezelfde opmaak nodig heeft. Druk Escape als je klaar bent.
Is it possible to change the shape effects for all the pictures in a presentation?
Well that all depends on how the pictures were inserted.
If you used the picture icon in a placeholder then you're in luck. If you did not, you need a workaround.
Be aware that aside from the pictures you insert in placeholders other objects like icons, video's will also be affected.

Go to View - Master and select the master layout, then select the text placeholder. Apply the effects you want.
Of course you can also only apply the effects to the placeholder(s) of individual layouts.
Below you will find an example before and after shape effects have been applied.

Pictures that are not in a placeholder
If you inserted your pictures straight on the slide without using a placeholder things get complicated. There is a workaround to apply the layout of a picture to all other pictures but that will require some work.
Format one picture with the effect(s) you want. On the Home tab in the Clipboard group double click the Paintbrush icon, click on every picture that needs the same formatting. Press escape when you're finished.
Als je snel een dia uit een andere presentatie wilt tonen terwijl je aan het presenteren bent kan je beroep doen op een hyperlink.
Selecteer de tekst of vorm of afbeelding of een ander object en kies Invoegen - Koppeling.
Je komt standaard terecht in de optie Bestaand bestand of Webpagina. Selecteer het bestand waarnaar je wil linken in het dialoogvenster. Zonodig zoek je het bestand op via de knop Zoeken naar bestand.
Klik op de knop Bladwijzer.
Selecteer de titel van de dia waarnaar u wilt linken.
Klik op OK.
Tijdens je presentatie klik je gewoon de link aan en je navigeert naadloos naar de juiste dia in de andere presentatie.
Druk escape als je terug wilt naar de oorspronkelijke presentatie.
