In PPT 2010 it's quite easy to print a hand-out for a custom show you created.
Go to File - Print - Under Print all slides click the list arrow and choose your custom show.
Under Full page slides, click the list arrow and choose the hand-out you want, finally click on the print button.
That's all there is to it.
