Het is altijd handig om een geprinte versie van artikels bij de hand te hebben. Ik heb voor alle artikelen per jaar een Word document aangemaakt. In de komende weken zal ik ze een voor een beschikbaar stellen.
Algemene artikelen of aankondigingen zijn niet opgenomen in de documenten.
Ieder artikel krijgt zijn eigen pagina. Een inhoudstafel is beschikbaar en je kan zien welke versies van PPT geschikt zijn om een taak uit te voeren. Sommige artikelen zijn natuurlijk enkel bestemd voor een specifieke PPT versie.

Add the document path to the quick access toolbar
Often people complain that only the document name is shown in the PowerPoint title bar. They generally want the complete path to be shown. Be aware that a lengthy path may not show completely, you will have to click in the box and scroll to the right to see it
In PPT 2007 you can easily view the path using Office-button - Prepare - Properties - you will see the document path in the upper right corner of the properties task pane.
In PPT 2010 you can view the path using File - Info - at the bottom under Properties hover your cursor over Open file location and you will see the path, click and you will be taken to the directory.
If you want the path permanently displayed on your screen in PPT 2007 and PPT 2010, you will have to add a document path list to your quick access toolbar.
Click on the list arrow next to your quick access toolbar - choose More commands - click on the list arrow next to Commands to choose from and select Commands not in the ribbon. Scroll down till you find the Document location command. Add it to the quick access toolbar by clicking on the add button. Now you will have the document path displayed at all times.
You can also add the advanced properties button to the quick access toolbar in PPT 2007-2010. This will give you the old dialog with the document properties. On the general tab you should find the document path.
In PPT 2010 there is an alternative, click File - Info - click on Properties - choose Advanced properties. Next to location you will find the path.

Veel mensen klagen erover dat het documentpad niet zichtbaar is in de titelbalk.
Je kan in PPT 2007 het documentpad bekijken via de Office-knop - Voorbereiden - Eigenschappen - rechts bovenaan zie je het pad. Helaas is bij langere paden niet alles volledig zichtbaar, je kan wel in het veld klikken en naar rechts scrollen.
In PPT 2010 kan je het documentpad bekijken via Bestand - Info - helemaal rechts onderaan Eigenschappen met je muis bewegen over Bestandslocatie openen, als je klikt wordt je naar de locatie gebracht.
Om het pad permanent op je scherm te hebben in PPT 2007-2010 kan je een knop toevoegen aan de werkbalk snelle toegang. Klik op het lijstpijltje naast de Werkbalk Snelle toegang, kies Meer opdrachten. Klik op het lijstpijltje naast Kies opdrachten uit, selecteer Opdrachten die niet in het lint staan.Scroll naar beneden en selecteer Documentlocatie.Klik op de knop Toevoegen, vervolgens op OK.
Je kan in PPT 2007-2010 ook een knop Geavanceerde eigenschappen voor document toevoegen aan je werkbalk snelle toegang.
Je vindt die terug in dezelfde lijst met commando's die niet in het lint staan. Dit geeft je de oude dialoog die je nog kent van PPT 2003, op het tabblad Algemeen vind je het documentpad terug.

In my last entry I showed you how to add a button to the quick access toolbar to close the last active window.
In fact you still have an alternative, use shortcut keys.
So if you want to close the last active window in PowerPoint press:
Ctrl+W or
press Ctrl+F4
