Change the font for all slides in PPT 2007-2010 (4)
If you want to change the individual font(s) used in your presentation you can use the replace font feature.
On the Home tab, Edit group, click the list arrow next to Replace, choose Replace fonts.
In the replace fonts dialog click on the list arrow next to Original font, choose the font you want to replace. Now click on list arrow next to New font and choose the replacing font.
This way you can change any font used in your presentation and replace it with another.
Een derde manier om het lettertype te veranderen voor alle dia's kan toegepast worden via het diamodel.
Ga naar Beeld, groep Presentatie weergaven, klik op de knop Diamodel.
Selecteer het bovenste miniatuur (moedermodel). Selecteer de tijdelijke aanduidingen voor de titel, opsomming en de andere aanduidingen. Verander je lettertype.
Hou er rekening mee dat de tekst in gewone tekstvakken niet wordt aangepast.
Toepassen van een ander themalettertype zal dan geen enkele invloed meer hebben op je tekst.
The third way you can change the font for all the slides in your presentation is to change your master slide.
Go to View, Presentations view group, button Slide master view. Select the thumbnail at the top of the screen. Select the title placeholder, change the font. That will take care of the headings, do the same with the body text placeholder.
Be aware that now, using the font style sets of other themes will have no effect on the text in your slides. The fonts of your master remain intact.
Verander het lettertype voor alle dia's PPT 2007-2010 (2)
In een vorige bijdrage heb ik uitgelegd hoe je gemakkelijk het lettertype van alle tekst in je presentatie kan aanpassen.
Om dat te realiseren maakte ik gebruik van een lettertype stijlenset van een van de ingebouwde thema's. Maar wat als geen van deze ingebouwde stijlensets gepast is? Dan moet je er zelf een maken.
Zo pak je het aan:
Tabblad Ontwerpen, groep Thema's, klik op de knop Lettertype, kies onderaan voor Nieuwe Themalettertypen maken.
In het dialoogvenster Nieuwe themalettertypen maken selecteer je in de selectielijst een nieuw lettertype voor de koptekst en voor de hoofdtekst.
In het vak Naam typ je een geschikte naam voor je nieuwe set en je klikt op Opslaan.
Als je nu in het lint op de knop Lettertype klikt zal je de nieuwe stijlenset terugvinden onder de rubriek Aangepast bovenaan de lijst.
Deze stijlenset is nu beschikbaar voor alle oude en nog te maken presentaties.

To do that we applied a style set of a built-in theme. But what if none of them suit your needs? Then you have to make one yourself.
Here's how to do it:
On the Design tab, Themes group, click on the Font button, choose Create New theme font at the bottom.
In the create new fonts dialog select a new Heading font from the drop down list. Then select a new Body font from the drop down list.
In the Name text box type a suitable name this font set and click Save.
Now when you click next to font on the ribbon, you will find a new custom section with your newly created font set.
This set will be available for all new or past presentations.

De gemakkelijkste manier in PPT 2007 en PPT 2010 is het toepassen van de ingebouwde Themalettertypen.
Op het tabblad Ontwerpen, Groep Thema's, klik je op de knop Lettertype. Alle lettertypen van alle ingebouwde thema's zijn beschikbaar, pik er een uit.
Alle tekst in de dia's zal meteen aangepast worden ook de tekst die je in eigen gemaakte tekstvakken hebt geplaatst.
Gebruikers kunnen nog altijd een andere set kiezen, zo is het makkelijk om het uitzicht van de presentatie met één klik te veranderen.
Enkel tekst die manueel is aangepast behoudt zijn opmaak.
There are several ways to do this.
In PPT 2007 and 2010 the easiest way is to apply another theme font.
On the Design tab, Themes group, click on the Font button, choose another font set from a built-in themes.
All text on your slides will be changed, even with textboxes you created yourself.
Users will still be able to change the font set if they want. Making it easy to change the appearance of the presentation. Be aware that text that has been formatted manually will retain its properties.
