Document path in PPT 2007

Another nifty change is the document path, in PPT 2003 you could find it by clicking on the listarrow next to 'search for'.

In PPT 2007 it is right there on top of the dialog. Always visible.

When you click the tiny arrow in the path just in front of each subfolder you are immediately presented with all subfolders on that level. Then just click on the subfolder you want to see and you are there.

Now you can also copy the path or convert it to text so you can easily insert it in your presentation. Just right click the path and choose from the quick menu.

Documentpad in PPT 2007


In PowerPoint 2003 kon je het volledige documentpad enkel te zien krijgen als je klikte op het lijstpijlje naast zoeken in.



In PowerPoint 2007 staat het volledige pad steeds zichtbaar bovenaan het dialoogvenster.



Wanneer je klikt op het kleine pijltje naast een van de submappen uit het pad krijg je meteen alle mappen die op dat niveau aanwezig zijn. Een enkele klik en je bent in de submap van je keuze.



Je kan nu bovendien het documentpad als tekst kopiëren zodat je dit gemakkelijk in een presentatie kan gebruiken. Het volstaat van rechts te klikken op het pad en te kiezen uit het gepresenteerde snelmenu.
