Go to View, Presentations view group, Slide master view button Select the thumbnail at the top of the screen. Select the title placeholder, change the font. This will take care of the headings, do the same with the body text placeholder.
Be aware that now, using the font style sets of other themes will have no effect on the text in your slides. The fonts of your master remain intact.
