Show an embedded file during slide show with a mouse-over

In my previous article I showed you a way to embed a document in your presentation.

If you want to show an embedded document during slide show with a mouse-over here is what you have to do:

Select the embedded document icon.

On the Insert tab, Links group, click on the Action button.

In the Action settings dialogue, click on the Mouse over tab, choose the radio button Object action, select the open option and click OK.

During your slide show just move the mouse cursor above the icon and your document will open. When finished, click the close button of the program and you will be back in your presentation.
