Gebruik tabtoets om lijstniveaus te verhogen/verlagen in opsomming - PPT 2019

Wanneer je de tabulator toets indrukt terwijl je cursor in een lijst staat dan wordt het volgende niveau bereikt. Als je de combinatie shift+tab indrukt dan wordt het vorige niveau ingesteld. Als de tabtoets niet lijkt te werken dan staat je cursor niet in een opsomming of zijn opsommingstekens uitgeschakeld. In deze gevallen werkt de tabulatortoets dan ook als een insprong naar de ingestelde tabpositie.

De opsomtekens/nummers kan je individueel instellen in het diamodel. Hieronder zie je een voorbeeld, de insprongen zijn aangepast in het model zodat ieder niveau onder de tekst van het vorige niveau start:

Als je de opsomtekens uitschakelt krijg je het volgende resultaat, de verschillende niveaus zijn uitgelijnd op de eerstvolgende standaardtab:

Indien je gebruik maakt van de knoppen lijstniveau verhogen/verlagen (groep alinea) krijg je hetzelfde resultaat. Wanneer de cursor in een lijst staat het volgende niveau, indien dit niet het geval is een linkse insprong.

Use tab key to increase/decrease levels in bullet lists in PPT 2019

When you press the tab key in a bullet list PPT increases the level of the bullet. When you press the combination shift+tab key it decreases the level. You can format the bullets in the slide master. If the tab key does not work that means your cursor is not in a bullet list or the bullets have been turned off. Then the tab key will act as an ordinary tab.

Pressing the tab key with the cursor in a list gives the following result (I formatted the slide master so that each level starts under the text of the previous level) :

If you switch off the bullets you get the following result, the levels follow the default tab stops of one inch:

If you switch off the bullets and use the promote/demote buttons in the paragraph group you get the same results, with the cursor in a bulleted list the next/previous level, with bullets off you get a left indent:

Als je een vorm een kleur wil geven uit een afbeelding of van om het even welk object dat op je computerscherm staat kan je het pipet gebruiken.

In onderstaande dia zou ik de rechthoek de oranje kleur van de foto willen meegeven.

Selecteer de te vullen vorm, klik op het tabblad Vormindeling onder hulpmiddelen voor tekenen, in de groep Vormstijlen selecteer je de knop Vormopvulling en vervolgens de optie Pipet.

Klik met de pipet in de afbeelding op de plaats waar je een kleur wilt gebruiken. De vorm neemt nu de gekozen kleur aan.

Kleur van om het even welk object op je scherm gebruiken voor het opvullen van een vorm.

Selecteer de te vullen vorm, klik op het tabblad Vormindeling onder hulpmiddelen voor tekenen, in de groep Vormstijlen selecteer je de knop Vormopvulling en vervolgens de optie Pipet. 

Met de linkermuisknop ingedrukt sleep je vanuit het PPT gebied naar het gebied dat je wil gebruiken om de kleur te kiezen voor de vorm. Laat pas los als je de gewenste kleur hebt bekomen. Dit kan dus in om het even welk gebied van je scherm zijn. Hieronder zie je een voorbeeld van een gekozen kleur uit een website. Maar dat kan ook een andere dia uit je presentatie zijn, in dat geval verdient het aanbeveling om de miniatuurweergave links maximaal te verbreden.

Use the eyedropper to fill a shape in PPT 2019-2021

If you want to fill a shape with a colour from a picture or whatever object that is on your screen you can use the eyedropper.

Use a colour from a picture in your slide to fill a shape.

In the following slide I would like to fill the rectangle with the orange colour on the photo.

Select the shape you want to fill. Click the Format shape tab under Drawing tools, in the Shapes style group click Shape Fill and select the eyedropper.

Move the eyedropper to the picture and click where you want to use the colour. Repeat if necessary till you've got the correct colour.

Use any colour of an object on your screen to fill a shape

Select the shape you want to fill. Click the Format shape tab under Drawing tools, in the Shapes style group click Shape Fill and select the eyedropper.

Press and hold the left mouse button starting from the PPT screen and move to the area that you want to use for your fill. Only release the button if you got the correct colour. Below you can see an example of a colour coming from a website. But you can use another slide if you want, in that case it is recommended to increase the width of the thumbnail section on the left of the screen.
