Select the animations you want to view - PPT 2019

Slides can have many animations, so it can be annoying to test them if you have to start from the very beginning again.

Fortunately you can choose the starting point in the animation list just by clicking on the item and clicking on the Play from button at the top op the task pane.

You can also make a selection of consecutive animations by clicking on the first one and pressing shift+click on the last one. Then click Play selected at the top of the animation pane.

The same thing can be done with non consecutive animations. Just ctrl+click to select the animations and click Play selected.

Herhalen van een individuele animatie in PPT 2019-2021

Het is helemaal niet moeilijk om een animatie te herhalen in PPT.

Selecteer je animatie in het deelvenster door erop te dubbelklikken.

Kies in het dialoogvenster van je animatie het tabblad Tijdsinstelling

Verander de Duur, meestal staat die op 0,5 sec wat te snel is.

Klik op het lijstpijltje naast Herhalen.

Ofwel kies je voor een vooringesteld aantal (2, 3, 4, 5, 10), ofwel typ je het aantal keer dat je wenst te herhalen in het vak en druk je enter. Zo ziet het er bv. uit met ieder item in het animatiedeelvenster, het laatste item 6 werd dus ingetypt in het vak:

Ofwel kies je voor de optie Tot volgende klik. 

Ofwel kies je voor Tot het einde van dia.
