Animate content of a table in PowerPoint 2003 (part 3)

Animate content of a table in PowerPoint 2003

In previous blogs I reported that the content of cells in a PPT table could not be animated individually. I provided a workaround to help out.

There is a second workaround that might also be of use to you. This applies to all PPT versions.
Empty the content of the cells in your table.

Then draw a textbox covering the row/column you want to animate. Type in the text in the textbox pressing enter after each word/sentence/paragraph. Then apply an appropriate paragraph spacing to the textbox.

Finally animate the textboxes, if you want separate words/sentences to animate, double click the animation in the animation task pane, on the last tab Text animation, click the arrow next to group text and choose level 1. This will animate each word/sentence/paragraph one by one.
