Show master slide quickly in PPT 2013

Normally one would go to the View tab, click the Slide Master button in the Master views group. By default PPT will take you to the active slide layout you started from.

To win some steps you can use a short cut. Press the Shift-key, hold and click on the Normal view icon in the taskbar in the right hand corner of the PowerPoint screen. That brings you to the master view in the layout you started from.

If you want the Master slide (the one on top) press the Shift-key, hold and double click the Normal view icon. That brings you to the master slide at the very top.
