Insert Flash movie in PPT 2003

Some people have requested how to insert a Flash movie in PPT 2003/2002. So here it goes.

Activate the toolbar Control toolbox. Either click on View – toolbars or right click next to a toolbar at the top of the screen.

Click on the More controls button at the end of the toolbar.

Choose Shockwave Flash Object in the list of objects and hit OK.

Your cursor will change into a cross-hair, now draw a rectangle anywhere on the screen in a size suitable to your needs.

Click on the Properties button, the first button on the toolbar.

In the property pages dialog click on the tiny little button next to customize.

Fill in the path to the movie and check the embed movie box. Hit OK.

Now all you have to do is start the presentation and your Flash movie will play.

Op verzoek de procedure om een Flash filmpje in te voegen in PPT 2003.

Activeer de werkbalk werkset besturingselementen. Hetzij via Beeld – Werkbalken hetzij via een klik met de rechtermuisknop naast de werkbalken bovenaan het scherm.

Klik op de knop Meer Besturingselementen.

Selecteer in de lijst ‘Objecttype’ het type Shockwave Flash Object.

Teken een vak op de dia.

Klik op de eerste knop uit de werkbalk nl. Eigenschappen.

Klik naast Aangepast op de kleine knop.

Naast het vak 'Movie Url' vul je het pad in waar de video zich bevindt.

Kruis het vakje 'Embed movie' aan en klik op OK.

Nu ben je klaar om de presentatie te starten en het filmpje te bekijken.
