Combine clip art with a callout (2)

Draw your callout then combine the two shapes. Be sure to select the silhouette first then the cloud. If you do it the other way the silhouet will take on the colour of the call-out.

As a final step you can combine the two shapes.

If you want to add text to the callout, place a textbox on top of it. You can of course select the shape and type in some text but then it will be difficult to make the text appear where you like it, a lot of formatting to do.
