Create silhouette of a person or landmark in PPT 2019-2024

You can easily create a silhouette from a photo of a person or a landmark in PPT 2024.

For this example, I am using photos of the Statue of Liberty in New York and Tower Bridge in London. I have removed the background from both photos.

Select the photo. Right-click on it and choose the Format Picture option.

In the task pane, select the Picture icon.

Under Picture corrections adjust the slider for the brightness to -100%.

Here is the result:

For people, you can use the built-in Cutout People feature. Go to Insert - Stock Images - Cutout People, select a person, and click Insert. Then, follow the procedure described above.

This also works with any photo where the background has been removed.
