Blogartikelen in een Word document, jaar 2011

Het is altijd handig om een geprinte versie van artikels bij de hand te hebben. Ik heb voor alle artikelen per jaar een Word document aangemaakt.

Algemene artikelen of aankondigingen zijn niet opgenomen in de documenten.

Ieder artikel krijgt zijn eigen pagina. Een inhoudstafel is beschikbaar en je kan zien welke versies van PPT geschikt zijn om een taak uit te voeren. Sommige artikelen zijn natuurlijk enkel bestemd voor een specifieke PPT versie.

SmartArt-objecten vergroten/verkleinen (3)

Wil je zowel de hoogte als de breedte tegelijkertijd aanpassen dan kan je beroep doen op het lint Opmaak onder Hulpmiddelen voor SmartArt.

Selecteer het object, in de groep Vormen, klik je op de knoppen Groter of Kleiner. Zowel de hoogte als de breedte worden met 10 % aangepast.

In een vorige bijdrage had ik het over het verbreden van een SmartArt-object. Verhogen kan natuurlijk ook.

Verhogen in stappen van 10 %

Selecteer het SmartArt-object dat je wenst te vergroten en druk de combinatie:

Soms moet je een half, een vierde of drie vierde typen in een tekstvak of tabelcel.

Voor een vierde druk: ALT+0188, druk ALT in en hou vast, type 0188 op het numeriek pad en laat de ALT-toets los

Blog articles in a Word document, year 2011

It is always handy to have a printable copy of interesting articles. I have made Word documents containing all my blog articles over the years.

Some general articles or general announcements have been let out.

Every article has its own page, and there is a table of contents to get quickly at it. You will see the versions of PPT that can be used to perform a task. Of course some articles only apply to a particular version of PowerPoint.

Play two videos next to one another (part 2)

When both videos have been formatted the way you want them we can start the animation.

On the Animation tab, click the button Animation pane in the Advanced animation group.
In the animation pane you will see the default setting in PPT 2010, play on click, which means you will have to click twice to start them playing together.

Let's change that so both videos start automatically without needing a click.
Just remove both animations from the pane. Then select the videos one by one and apply the following settings in the Animation tab Animation group.

For video 1, click in this order

For video 2, click in this order

That should give you the following settings in the animation pane.

Both videos will play simultaneously from now on without having to click.
